Corporate headshot pricing at Second City Headshots is based on team size and whether you want a premium or volume session. For teams of 1 to 10 people, the Corporate Volume rate is $500 plus $150 per person. Flat rates apply for larger teams: $2,200 for 11 to 20 people, $3,000 for 21 to 50 people, and $4,500 for 51 to 100 people. For executive teams where you want more time per person, the Corporate Premium rate is $500 plus $225 per person. Contact us for a custom quote.
A corporate headshot day typically takes 3 to 8 hours depending on team size. We photograph approximately 8 to 12 people per hour. A team of 30 people generally requires a half-day session. Larger teams may require a full day or multiple sessions.
Yes. We bring a full professional studio setup to your office location. We handle all equipment, setup, and breakdown. Your team does not need to travel anywhere.
This is one of the most common concerns we hear. Our approach is specifically designed for people who are not comfortable in front of a camera. We use conversation and humor to help people relax, and we never ask anyone to pose or perform. Most clients who come in nervous leave saying it was easier than they expected.

We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance for corporate sessions. For large teams or sessions requiring travel, 4 to 6 weeks is preferred to allow for scheduling and logistics planning.
